Corporate politics get a bad rap (for good reason) but being politically savvy is critical to the success of an executive. Dr Sarah Bodner offers guidance on how to engage in politics in a healthy manner.
Dr. Bodner has served as an Executive Leader within a highly regulated, risk adverse, command-and-control, geographically dispersed organization that was having to change in response to immense technological, political, and financial pressures. She also has lead corporate talent management, employee engagement, internal & external communications as well as crisis management and stakeholder relations. She serves as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, chemical, medical, energy, and airline industries. Dr. Bodner has publications in the areas of empowering leadership, team-based support systems, and collaborative work systems, and a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
