Houston Chapter: Tea and Meditation

Houston Chapter: Tea and Meditation
Join us for an evening of tea tasting and guided meditation.

The practice of drinking tea can be an intentional, meditative, and deeply contemplative pause in our day. Along with simple techniques for meditation, we will leave with knowledge of different varieties of tea and their benefits. Meditative tea drinking affords us an opportunity to integrate a calm and aware state of mind into our daily routine and to “cool down” both mentally and emotionally.
