Ms. Randee Day is the Chief Executive Officer of Goldin Maritime, LLC, where she also leads the maritime and offshore practice area. She previously led the boutique restructuring and advisory firm Day & Partners, LLC. Ms. Day was also a Managing Director at the Seabury Group, a transportation advisory firm, where she led the Maritime practice. She also was the Division Head of JP Morgan’s shipping group in New York. Ms. Day currently serves as a Director on the Board of Tidewater Inc., International Seaways, Inc. and Eagle Bulk Inc. In 2016 she joined the board of International Seaways, Inc. and in 2011 she served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of DHT, Maritime, Inc. Ms. Day has also served on the Boards of numerous public companies, including TBS International Ltd., Ocean Rig ASA, DHT Maritime Inc. and Excel Maritime. Ms. Day is a graduate of the School of International Relations at the University of Southern California and undertook graduate business studies at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In December 2014 she graduated from the Senior Executives in National and International Security Program at the Kennedy School at Harvard University.
Ms. Janeen Judah currently serves on the boards of Crestwood Equity Partners (NYSE: CEQP) and Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc (NASDAQ: PTEN). In 2017, on behalf of Chevron, she served as the president of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International (“SPE”), a global professional association with over 158,000 members. From 2003 to 2015, Ms. Judah held numerous leadership positions at Chevron including general manager for Chevron's Southern Africa business unit, president of Chevron Environmental Management Company and general manager, Reservoir and Production Engineering for Chevron Energy Technology Company. Before joining Chevron, she held several upstream petroleum engineering positions with Texaco and Arco, and also served as an energy consultant for Arthur D. Little. In 2018, Ms. Judah was recognized by Hart Energy/Oil and Gas Investor Magazine as a Top 25 Influential Women in Energy.
Deanna Young is a Managing Director of Opportune LLP. Deanna has over 15 years of consulting, management, and business strategy experience serving clients in the energy sector. Prior to joining Opportune, Deanna was the Co-Founder and President of AXIA, a professional services firm that focused in financial consulting, SEC research, IPO Advisory and Risk Management. Deanna led diverse teams of consultants in developing business strategies, organizational structures, and achieving financial success. Deanna started her career at Deloitte with a focus in the energy, manufacturing, and construction markets. While at Deloitte, she was selected to perform an international assignment with a major Russian energy company. She then expanded her international experience by accepting a position with Keystone International, where she focused on the operational control structure of various manufacturing plants located in Scotland, China and Mexico. Deanna also spent five years with a boutique consulting firm where she led business development activities and helped clients from throughout the energy sector accomplish their organizational and talent development strategies. A certified public accountant, Deanna received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree with honors in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin University and her MBA from Rice University. In 2013, she was awarded the Jones Citizen Award by the faculty at Rice University Jones School of Business for her commitment to serving others and exemplifying the leadership attributes of the university. Deanna currently serves as board member for WEN (Women’s Energy Network), Junior Achievement, Discovery Fitness Foundation, and is on a Rice MBA advisory board where she actively volunteers as an ambassador for the Jones School of Business. She is also a former board member of the His Grace Foundation.
