Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Soliman has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since February 2019. Prior to her current position, she served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since joining us in February 2018. Ms. Soliman focuses on strategic aspects of aligning the organization, leading the Company’s human capital strategy, including diversity, equity and inclusion; brand building; and ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of excellence within Diamondback. She reports directly to Travis Stice, Chief Executive Officer, and serves as a member of the executive team. Before joining Diamondback, Ms. Soliman served in various human resources leadership roles in other public and private companies such as Woodside Energy, BP, and Koch Industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College, graduating magna cum laude, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University. Ms. Soliman serves on the board of Jones Partners at Rice Business School and honorably served as a member of the United States Air Force Reserves.
